Today I'm sitting on the other side of the mike and it is my dear friend and colleague and fellow podcaster Keith Carlson who is interviewing me. Just for the fun of it I'm also posting my bio below :-)
Sarah has started her first online business adventure in 2008,
as a Virtual Assistant. She was living in California at the time,
on an Expat Assignment, and needed a location independent
business.
She has since moved back to her home country, Switzerland, and
built a successful business as a LinkedIn Trainer & Consultant
(simplicitysmallbiz.com)
After reading Simon Sinek’s book ‘Start With The Why’ Sarah
realized that her true purpose is to help other introverts embrace
who they are and scale their online business in order to make a
difference, using their introverted super powers.
She has started this community because she saw introverts with
successful online businesses all around her, and thought it was
time to let the world know that introverts have a magic touch when
it comes to business, especially an online business. She also
wanted to create a safe sanctuary for introverts to hang out, and
be themselves, in their own gentle and quiet way. Finally she
believes in giving back, not in creating empires for one’s own
benefit. A portion of her profits goes to her charity of
choice.
Sarah's favorite quote
"I have a vision of people everywhere having the courage to live a
life true to themselves instead of the life others expect of them"
-- Greg McKeown, author of Essentialism
