Today’s muse is mainly a conversation with Farnoosh Brock, Business Coach and author of several books, the most recent one with the title ‘The Serving Mindset – Stop selling and grow your business’.
If you follow any of my LinkedIn work you know that I’ve changed the term Social Selling to Social Serving. We don’t sell on Social, we serve. The day I decided to quit selling and start serving, was such a relief and revelation. I felt so free all of the sudden, not having that I gotta sell thought in the back of my head all the time.
Selling and Pricing, one of the P’s in my ‘Anxiety-Free Marketing Program’, are obviously big topics for introverts. We don’t like selling. It feels sleazy and pushy to us. If that’s how you feel as well, I think you’ll get a lot out of today’s conversation with Farnoosh.
