Today I'd like to talk about mentors and coaches. If there's one thing I would do differently if I started over, I would be working with a coach earlier on in my business. I waited too long. I thought I couldn't afford it. So I bootstrapped for many years, making all the mistakes. I don't regret making the mistakes, it has definitely helped me become a better coach, but I do think my journey would have been much easier and less alone.
